Petition to extend the Flying Start Program in Cwrt Penrhiwtyn
We the undersigned petition the council to Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council to extend the Flying Start Program for residents of Cwrt Penrhiwtyn as to our surprise we don’t qualify for it. The Council has given the whole area the Flying Start Program apart from our estate. Even the Main Road in Briton Ferry qualifies for it!
I can provide supporting signatures provided by our
residents.
