FOR IMMEDIATE IMPLEMENTATION

Having given due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment:

1.    That approval be granted for the Council to enter into an agreement to purchase 300 licences of the Virgin Pulse Go health and wellbeing programme.

2.    That work be undertaken with the NPT Staff Health and Wellbeing Group to maximise the benefit of the programme.

1.   That the Levelling Up Fund parcel bids for Neath and Aberavon constituencies as detailed in the circulated report be approved.

2.   That the Director of Environment and Regeneration in consultation with the Leader and relevant Cabinet Member(s) be granted delegated authority to approve the business case for submission to UK Government by 18^th June deadline.

3.   That the Director of Environment and Regeneration in consultation with the Director of Finance and Corporate Services and the Leader and relevant Cabinet Member(s) be authorised to enter into grant agreements or associated documentation that might be necessary to draw down funding from the Levelling Up Fund.

That a grant of 50% of actual costs up to a maximum of £10,000 to Ystalyfera Community Council be approved.

That the grants as detailed in Appendix 1 to the circulated report be approved.

For Immediate Implementation

That approval be granted to issue a Direct Award for the renewal of the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement under the NPS Framework to SoftCat Public Limited Company.

That the 2020/2021 Capital Programme outturn position be approved.

Having given due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment:

1.   The outturn financial position for 2020/2021 as detailed in the circulated report be noted;

2.   That approval be granted for the additional transfers to and from reserves as detailed in Appendices 3 and 4, resulting in the final specific reserves balances as detailed in

     Appendix 5, and the General Reserves as detailed in        Appendix 6 to the circulated report.

3.   That a report setting out available funds and proposals for Covid Recovery investment be commissioned.

That the report be noted.

That the following be noted:

1.   The current position in respect of the Valleys Regional Park grant bid for Cefn Coed.

2.   That the museum will need to remain closed until the Health and Safety issues have been satisfactorily resolved.

3.   That a group of internal and external stakeholders be established unde the Chairmanship of the Director of Education, Leisure and Lifelong Learning to set out a clear way forward for the future of the site.

4.   That the views of the 3 Local Members and the relevant Cabinet Member be sought at key intervals and reports be brought back to the Scrutiny Committees at regular intervals with updates.
