Officers
explained that the minutes of the 30th October 2023 were included in
the agenda pack again as an administrative error had been identified in the
original copy which the committee had previously agreed.
The
errors were as follows:
· That the Senior Legal Regulatory Officer
introduced the report not the Licensing Manager
· That the driver did attend the meeting.
· That the licence was revoked not refused.
RESOLVED |
That the minutes of the previous meetings held on the 30th of
October 2023 – amended version and the 19th of February 2024 be
approved as a true and accurate record. |
