had due regard to the integrated impact assessment:

That the objections are overruled to the B4287 Cimla Road, Cimla, Neath
(30mph speed limit) - Order 2022 (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated
report) and that the scheme is implemented as advertised.

That he objectors be informed of the decision accordingly.
