Having
due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment it is recommended that:
The
programme of expenditure, as set out in Appendix A of the circulated report, be
approved for completion over the next 18 months, and that the Director of
Environment and Regeneration be granted delegated authority, in consultation
with the relevant cabinet member, to undertake procurements and/or draw up and
implement associated prioritised needs based programmes.
