Having given due regard to
the first stage Integrated Impact Assessment, that approval be granted for the
street lighting column replacement work in Neath Town Centre to be funded by a £60K
one-off savings in the lighting energy budget associated with the ongoing SALIX
funding low energy lamp replacement work, as detailed in the circulated report.
