That
having due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment:
1. The Placemaking
Charter Wales be commended to Council for
approval;
2. That the Head of Planning and Public Protection be authorised
to submit an application to the Placemaking Partnership for the Council to
become a signatory to the Charter.
