1. That the Strategic Equality Plan Annual
Report 2020-2021 be approved.
2. That the Head of Human and Organisational Development be
granted delegated authority to make such changes as may be needed to the Annual
Report prior to publication, provided that such changes do not materially alter
the content of the document considered by Cabinet.
