Having
given due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment:
1.
The BSSG funding be realigned to reflect the operational changes to
Community Transport in Neath Port Talbot County Borough;
2.
That after assessment of applications for funding, the Head of
Engineering and Transport be granted delegated authority in consultation with
the relevant Cabinet Member to allocate the BSSG to successful applicants.
3.
Should additional funding become available in a financial year,
community transport organisations to be invited to apply for such monies.
