That the Contract Procedure Rules
detailed at Appendix 1 to the circulated report, be implemented on the 6 January
2020, or such other date as maybe determined appropriate by the Head of Legal
Services,

That a report be taken to Council
seeking to amend the Constitution of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council
to include the proposed Contract Procedure Rules at Appendix 1 to the report.
