That the memorial testing policy included as Appendix 2 to the
circulated report, be adopted by the council.

That the memorial testing policy be added to the cemetery rules and
regulations.
3.
That a link to the policy be placed within the relevant section on the council’s
website.
4.
That the Director of Environment and the Head of Streetcare
be delegated authority to take decisions in respect of repairing memorials of
historic significance where the owner cannot be traced.
