Having
given due regard to the integrated impact and risk assessments, and in line
with Section 48 of the School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act 2013. Approval be granted to undertake consultation
on a proposal to establish specialist provision for secondary age pupils with
Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Dwr y Felin Comprehensive School.
