That
the Hillside Behaviour Management Policy be approved subject to the following
amendment:

157 of the Policy as attached to the circulated report under The Registered
Manager (RM) will ensure that, bullet point 7 be amended to state that all
records of control, restraint and discipline are fully completed as soon as
possible and no later than 24 hours of the incident unless under exceptional
circumstances.
