Day Centre and Gelligron Rehab Unit at Gelligron Road, Pontardawe, SA8 4LU be declared surplus to
the operational requirements of the Social Services, Health and Housing
Directorate.

That the responsibility be transferred to the Head of Property and
Regeneration.
