That grant assistance of £1,485 be awarded towards the annual lease of
land and pavilion at Port Talbot Town Football Club, Vivian Park Memorial Park,
Port Talbot, subject to review in line with rent reviews, be approved;

That grant assistance of £2,900 be awarded towards the annual lease of Pantyffordd Hall, Onllwyn, for
one year only, to be further considered for next financial year once the lease
agreement and charitable arrangements have been finalised, be approved.
