1.
That AVCWise be commissioned to provide a
fully managed AVC service, including face to face training;
2.
That the requirements of competition be excluded and Rule 2.2 of the
Council's Contracts Procedure Rules be suspended;
3.
That a direct award be made to the Service Provider and a contract be
entered into with the Service Provider for the provision of the Services for a
period of three years from 1 April 2019.
