the objection be over ruled, the Traffic Regulation Order at Laurel Avenue,
Laburnum Avenue, Chestnut Road, Mametz Court and Baglan Park Access Road, Baglan,
as detailed in the circulated report, be implemented as previously advertised, and
the objector informed accordingly.
