That
the policies and procedures given in Appendices C (proposed policy and
procedure for dealing with Knotweed on Private Land) and D (proposed procedure for dealing with
Knotweed on Council land) to the circulated report, be adopted by the Local
Authority;
That the Local Authority continues to implement its annual programme of
knotweed treatment.
