That
the National Procurement Service for Wales (NPS) Vehicle Spare Parts Framework,
be used for the purchase of vehicle spare parts and the Head of Engineering and
Transport be authorised to make a direct award to the highest ranked supplier (as
detailed within the circulated report) for a period of two years from the 1
April 2017, with an option to extend for a further two years, in multiples not
exceeding 12 months (in line with NPS framework terms).
