the Legal Order for the implementation of a No Waiting, No Loading or Unloading
at any Time Order on Seaway Parade, Sandfields, Port Talbot (as detailed at
Appendix A to the circulated report), be advertised, and subject to there being
no objections, the Order be implemented.
