1.
That the requirements of competition be excluded and Rule 2.1 of the
Council's Contracts Procedure Rules be suspended;
2.
That a direct award be made to the Service Provider (Imperial Civil
Enforcement Solutions) and the Local Authority enter into a contract for the
provision of the Services (parking enforcement and notice processing system - Compex 360) for a period of five years on a date to be
determined by the Head of Engineering and Transport.
