Corporate Strategy and Democratic Services be authorised to submit the response
as detailed in appendix 1, to the circulated report, to the Welsh Government.
In addition, the Leader of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council sends a
letter expressing the concerns of the previous Scrutiny Committee and Cabinet
Board to the Cabinet Secretary, for Communities and Children, Welsh Government.
