Purpose of committee
This
Cabinet Board immediately follows the Environment, Regeneration and Streetscene
Services Scrutiny Committee.
It
is responsible for making decisions relating to the following portfolios:
Economic
and Community Regeneration
(including
Biodiversity Policy, Town Centre Strategies, Valleys and Villages Strategies and
Europe and European Funding)
Strategic
Planning, Transport and Connectivity
(including
Local Development Plan, Active Travel Plans and Policy, Road Safety Policy and
Passenger/Community Transport)
Streetscene
(including
Waste Management, On and Off Street Parking Policy, Public Lighting Oversight
and Highways Maintenance and Operations)
