Minutes:
The
Committee agreed to continue hearing the Appeal against dismissal by Employee
No. 946464 in her absence as she had not responded to the notification of the
hearing via letter and email, which stated that in the event that she did not attend
the hearing it would be heard in her absence.
The
Committee heard the case on behalf of the management side, and also the
statement of the two witnesses called.
