Decisions:

1.           That having due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment, the Flood Risk Management Strategy and Plan, as set out at Appendix A to the circulated report, be commended to Council for adoption and publication.

2.           That having due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment, the supporting Environmental Plans, as set out at Appendix B to the circulated report, be commended to Council for adoption and publication.

Reason for Decisions:

To ensure the Council fulfils its duties under the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 in relation to Flood Risk Management, to minimise associated risks to communities, and to appropriately mitigate flood risk.

Implementation of Decisions:

The decisions will be implemented after the three day call in period.
