Decisions:

That having given due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment:

1.                   The policy for the Use of Artificial Grass on Council owned/managed land as presented in Appendix 2 to the circulated report, be agreed.

2.   The policy for the Installation of Honeybee Hives on Council owned/managed land as presented in Appendix 3, be agreed.

Reason for Decisions:

To ensure compliance with the requirements of the Environment (Wales) Act 2016 and to ensure that the Council commits to take steps to help nature recover.

Implementation of Decisions:

The decisions will be implemented after the three day call in period.
