That, in line with approved policy, LA governor representatives be appointed to the existing and forthcoming vacancies set out in the attached appendix, with the exception of Creunant Primary School which was withdrawn from consideration at today's meeting.

Both Cllr A.Llewelyn and Cllr N.Jenkins reaffirmed their declarations of interest and left the meeting for this item only.

Decision:

That, in line with approved policy, LA governor representatives be appointed to the existing and forthcoming vacancies set out in the attached appendix, with the exception of Creunant Primary School which was withdrawn from consideration at today's meeting. This will be considered in the next APPOINTMENT OF LA GOVERNOR REPRESENTATIVES report in the Summer term.

Reasons for Proposed Decision:

To enable the Authority to contribute to effective school governance through representation on school governing bodies.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision is proposed for implementation after the three-day call-in period.
