Decision:

That having had due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment screening, the library Strategy 2025-203, be approved.

Reason for Decision:

To ensure that Neath Port Talbot complies with Welsh Public Library Standards and delivers an efficient valued service that caters for the changing needs of our communities.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
