Decision:
That
having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, and taking into
consideration the feedback from the joint Scrutiny Committee, Option 3 be
agreed, as detailed within the private, circulated report.
Reason for Decision:
To
ensure the continued delivery of the home to school transformation programme is
delivered in the most cost-effective way.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
