Decisions:

1.           That the reinstating of means testing for small and medium sized Disabled Facilities Grants from the 1st April 2025, be approved.

2.           That the amended Housing Policy Tools (as detailed at Appendix 1 to the circulated report), be approved.

Reason for Decisions:

To help mitigate the impact of increasing demand for Disabled Facilities Grants, and that the available budget is utilised in a way that ensures those who are most in need are able to access adaptations in a more timely way.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
