Decision:

Having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, the objections be upheld to the (A474 New Road, Gellinudd) (Revocation of 30 mph speed limit) Order 2024 (as detailed at Appendix A to the circulated report) and that a revised scheme (as detailed at Appendix B) be formally consulted upon.

Reasons for Proposed Decision:

The scheme as advertised is to be withdrawn and a revised scheme is to be formally consulted upon.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
