Decision:

having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, the acquisition of
the former Moose Hall, Castle Street, Neath, be approved, as detailed within
the circulated report.
Reasons for Proposed
Decision:
In order to progress the
Council’s regeneration aspirations for the area.
Implementation of
Decision:
The decision will be
implemented after the three day call in period.
