Decisions:

That the following be commended to Council for approval (as detailed in the circulated report):

·        The Capital Strategy.

·        The Capital Programme for 2025/26 to 2027/28 (as detailed in Appendix 2).

·        The delegation arrangements.

Reason for Decisions:

To approve the Authority’s Capital Programme in line with the Constitution.

Implementation of Decisions:

The decisions will be implemented after consideration and approval by Council.
