Decision:
That having had due regard to
the first stage Integrated Impact Assessment and for the reasons outlined above,
Members approve the disposal of land on the terms and conditions set out in
this report.
Reason for Proposed
Decision:
The decision aligns with the
council's objectives to address housing shortages, provide cost-efficient care
solutions and maximise the value of the council’s assets.
Implementation of
Decision:
The decision is proposed for
implementation after the three-day call-in period.
