Decision:

Having had due regard to the first stage Integrated Impact Assessment, the disposal of changing rooms and land in Port Talbot, on the terms and conditions detailed in the private, circulated report, be approved.

Reason for Decision:

To address housing shortages, provide cost-efficient care solutions and maximise the value of the council’s assets.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
