Decisions:
1. That arrangements be made (including
political governance arrangements) for the City and County of Swansea and
Bridgend County Borough Council to proceed with a collaborative procurement for
the treatment of food waste with the support of the Welsh Government.
2. That Neath Port Talbot County Borough
Council and Carmarthenshire County Council pursue their own arrangements with regards
the treatment of food waste.
