The refurbishment of the Princess Royal Theatre and Civic Square, including extension of the Theatre, at Princess Royal Theatre Port Talbot Civic Centre, access to Port Talbot Civic Centre Port Talbot, Neath Port Talbot.

That in accordance with Officers’ recommendations, Application No. P2024/0685 – The Refurbishment of the Princess Royal Theatre and Civic Square, including extension of the Theatre, be Approved, subject to the conditions detailed within the circulated report.

Officers made a presentation to the Planning Committee on this Application (The refurbishment of the Princess Royal Theatre and Civic Square, including extension of the Theatre, at Princess Royal Theatre Port Talbot Civic Centre, access to Port Talbot Civic Centre Port Talbot, Neath Port Talbot) as detailed in the circulated report.

The Local Ward Member had requested that the application be determined by the Planning Committee, and was present to give his representations at the meeting.

RESOLVED:                 That in accordance with Officers’ recommendations, Application No. P2024/0685 – The Refurbishment of the Princess Royal Theatre and Civic Square, including extension of the Theatre, be Approved, subject to the conditions detailed within the circulated report.
