Decision:
That having had due regard to
the first stage Integrated Impact Assessment, the lease and lease to the
retailer detailed in the private, circulated report, on the terms set out in the
private, circulated report, be agreed.
Reason for Decision:
To
allow this prominently located vacant premises to be let and operated by an
established local company which needs to relocate to expand and grow its
business and also provide an annual income for the
Council.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in
period.
