Decisions:

That having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, the following be approved:

1.           The undertaking of a procurement exercise to commission an alliance of providers to deliver substance use services across the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot region. 

2.           Following the procurement process, the Head Housing and Communities to be granted delegated authority to enter into a contract with the winning bidders.

3.           The Head Housing and Communities to enter into a partnership agreement with the APB partner organisations.

Reason for Decisions:

To ensure substance use services across the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot region are of high quality, financially sustainable and able to meet the current and future needs of the population

Implementation of Decisions:

The decisions will be implemented after the three day call in period.
