Minutes:
The
Cabinet Member for Nature, Tourism, and Well-being spoke about ecology and
biodiversity, as well as nature conservation in relation to the land proposed for
disposal. The Director of Environment emphasised that the land was being
disposed of in line with the conditions of the current LDP,
and explained the role of the Councils Ecologists.
Decision:
That
having had due regard to the first stage Integrated Impact Assessment, for the
reasons detailed within the private, circulated report, the disposal of land
(on the terms and conditions as set out in the private, circulated report), be
approved.
Reason for Decision:
To
provide the Council with a capital receipt.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in
period.
