Decision:
Having
given due regard to the Integrated Impact Screening Assessment, the Director of
Education, Leisure and Lifelong Learning be granted delegated
authority to issue formal notification to Celtic Leisure, in the form attached
at Appendix A to the private, circulated report.
Reason for Decision:
To
comply with the terms of the Contract, and enable all
options regarding the future of the provision of indoor leisure to be fully
considered.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision is for immediate implementation, following the agreement from the
Scrutiny Chairperson.
