Cllr Simon Knoyle, Cabinet Member for Finance, Performance and Social Justice introduced the report setting out the Capital Strategy and Capital Programme for 2024/25 to 2026/27.

RESOLVED:                                                                                        

That the Capital Strategy be APPROVED.

That the Capital Programme for 2024/25 to 2025/26 as detailed in Appendix 2 be APPROVED.

That the delegation arrangements set out in the report be APPROVED.
