That in accordance with Officers’ recommendations, Application No. P2023/0240 be Approved, subject to the conditions detailed within the circulated report.

Officers made a presentation to the Planning Committee on this Application (Change of use from single dwellinghouse (use class C3) to residential care home (use class C2) for up to 4 children and their carers) at Craig Y Rhedyn 9 Uplands Road Pontardawe SA8 4AH, as detailed in the circulated report.

The Local Ward Member had requested that the application be determined by the Planning Committee, and was present to give their representations at the meeting.
