It was with great sadness that the Mayor
informed Council of the deaths of the mother of Cllr. Robert Wood and Mrs.
Margaret Thorne, CBE, OBE, Freeman of the Borough of Neath Port Talbot who was
well known for her contribution to voluntary services.
