Decisions:

1.    That a grant be provided to those community groups who take over the running of community centre facilities during 2015, which will cover the annual rent due for the initial 5 years, in line with the rent review period;

2.    That the funding applications in respect of Baglan Boys and Girls Club, Baglan; Blaenhonddan Community Council, Blaenhonndan and Bryn Rugby and Social Club, Bryn (as detailed at Appendix 1 to the circulated report), be approved.

Reason for Decisions:

To decide on the Grant Applications.

Implementation of Decisions:

The decisions will be implemented after the three day call in period.
