Development for 43no. affordable dwellings and associated works including a new access, an internal road network, landscaping, sustainable drainage, car and cycle parking and partial demolition of former school at the site of the former Dyffryn Lower School, Talcennau Road, Port Talbot SA13 1EP

Following the approval of a site visit to the site of the former Dyffryn Lower (Planning Application No. P2022/1063), it was agreed that the report be deferred to a future meeting of the Planning Committee, once the site visit had been undertaken.

RESOLVED: That Application No. P2022/1063 be deferred to a future meeting of the Planning Committee, following the completion of the agreed site visit.
