Application (Application for a change of use of vacant industrial floorspace (use class B2) to provide a first floor gym (use class D2) and ground floor cafe use) at CG Building, Milland Road Industrial Estate, Neath, as detailed in the circulated report.

The Local Ward Members had requested that the application be determined by the Planning Committee, and were present to give their representations at the meeting.

In accordance with the Councils approved public speaking protocol, the applicant’s representative addressed the Planning Committee in support of the application.

RESOLVED: That in accordance with Officers’ recommendations,

Application No. P2022/0608 be Refused, due to the reasons stated within the circulated report.
