1.    That the proposed consultation responses as detailed in Appendix 1 to the circulated report be approved.

2.    That the Leader of Council write to the Welsh Government encouraging more progress be made in delivering a fairer council tax system.

Reason for Decisions:

To respond to Welsh Government consultation.
