Decisions:

1.    That the Implementation Plan as detailed in the circulated report be approved.

2.    That the Director of Environment and Regeneration in consultation with the Chief Finance Officer, the Leader and relevant  Cabinet Member(s) be granted delegated authority to enter into grant agreements or associated documentation that might be necessary to draw down funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

3.    That a report seeking agreement on the Neath Port Talbot Anchor projects will follow be noted.

Reason for Decisions:

To enable Neath Port Talbot Council to develop anchor projects and formally submit to the assessment process.

Implementation of Decisions:

This decision is for immediate implementation, and therefore not subject to the three day call in period.
