Decision:

That the Housing Renewal and Adaptation Service – Private Sector Housing Renewal Policy tool be approved and adopted with the implementation date of the 2^nd August 2022 and reviewed in 2025.

Reason for Decision:

To adopt new policy tools and to start the new discretionary Disabled Facility Grant.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period, which ends at 9.00am on Monday 1^st August 2022.
